What is the return policy?
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on Oxistride products once they have been used, opened, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• in the same condition as received
If your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Digital Products and Ebooks
Due to the digital nature of ebooks and downloadable materials, all digital product sales are final once the file, download link, or access has been delivered.
We are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for ebooks or digital training materials after access has been provided, as these products cannot be physically returned.
